Day 29...Leading The Parade!

I'm leading the parade!
What parade?
The parade to celebrate
Lurch's Road to Recovery!

Well, actually, I would
be out front twirling...
yes, I was a twirler way back when...
yes, I was skinnier then...
but use your imagination!
We have good news...
we found TWO GREAT doctors!
They were both fabulously wonderful...
the best of the best...
now we just have to make a decision
about which one we want to do the surgery!
Hooray!

PLUS...
both doctors agreed to do Lurch's surgery
in the next two weeks!
No more waiting lists!
Double Hooray!

PLUS...
both doctors agreed that Lurch doesn't
have to have a bone fusion
which was a heavy duty procedure!
Hip Hip Hooray!

So...
maybe...
just maybe...
Lurch will be on the
road to recovery
in a few weeks!

With your prayers...
and a good doctor...
and a little surgery...
I might have my man back!
In fact,
he might be leading the parade
and twirling!
Yeah, I doubt it, too!

Thanks to all of you
wonderful friends
for your thoughts and prayers!
We will all celebrate together soon...
maybe you can all be in the parade!

I kind of think you will still be "twirling"! Hopefully this will put Larry back together again!

I may just have to jump up and do a herkie! Wonderful news...just wonderful!
BTW, when you were a twirler, could you get one to go one way and the other one the opposite? Just wondering?

I cannot tell you how deeply thankful I am to hear your words...so thrilled for you both :)

You both must be so incredibly relieved. Now just get through the surgery and recuperation, and it can just be another of those "things we've had to deal with and live through."

But I'll still keep you in my thoughts until he's out of the woods. :)
