Day 48...Lurch's Surgery

The good news is that Lurch
came through the surgery fine.

The bad news is that the
pain meds aren't working...
we've had some complications...
and have had no sleep since
I can't even remember when.

The hospital website won't let me
post a photo...
but I wanted to get this quick note
out to all my blogging family.

Please keep those prayers coming
for a speedy and complete recovery.

I am also asking for prayers for
my cousin Ty and his family
who are going through an
unimaginable family horror
at this moment.

Now I am going to try to
catch a wink of sleep...
never mind...
he is up again!

Hang in there girl. To borrow the words of a really smart woman I know...you can do it. You're strong and you've got us sending up a lot of prayers for your family and you.

Glad the surgery went well ... and sorry that there are further complications.

YOu're both in my thoughts, hoping that it all rights itself quickly!

I wish your husbond that the complications will end soon, and that he recovers without more problems. And I wish you piece in your heart, that you can relax, and be there for him ,too.

One of your followers, and custumers.

The pain meds aren't working? Want me to come and reinact Shirley MacLaine's part in Terms of Endearment? I can do it! Want me to sneak some Jack in to you both? Well, I know for sure I can pray for a pain free/sleep full night. For both of you! Hugs from Poetry, my friends. ~Mindy
