Day 50...Looks Like Detention!

No fun at the hacienda
this weekend
for Lurch!

Nope.
Neurosurgery gave him a passing grade,
but the following teachers
are retaining him
for extra work:

Cardiologist

Renal Specialist

Internal Medicine

Kind of like detention, tutorials,
and after school study hall
all rolled into one!

As with all progress,
you gotta take the good
with the bad!

Baby steps...
tiny baby steps...
we will get there!

"Problems are the price
of progress. Don't bring
me anything but trouble.
Good news weakens me."
--Charles F. Kettering--

Isn't that a positive way
to look at the negative?

Today, when the chaplain came
to visit, he asked if we needed
anyone to say prayers for us.
It was so comforting to say
that I have a blogging world full
of prayers that are going up
in our names!
When he left the room,
he told me that my comment
had made his day.

And you, my friends,
make my day!

The prayers will keep coming! We're working on getting him out of detention early for good behavior! :)

And "you" my friend, always make my day. It was good "talking" to you tonight! I've missed my buddy. You and Larry take care, promise?
