The Never-Ending Story...

Hope your fingers are nimble,
because you know what time it is!

However, before we get to our writing
assignment, I thought we would take
a little learning moment.

Even though this teechur doesn't
teach history, I thought I would
give you a little history on the
photo we are using today.

This picture was taken in 1965 at the
wedding of Catherine Deneuve
and British photographer, David Bailey.

However, for our writing assignment today,
I need for you to forget those details
as we let our imaginations run rampant.

What, Sue?
You don't know what rampant means?
No, Sue. You know I'm not going to tell you.
Look it up in the dictionary!

What do you mean by that comment, Sue?
"How can you look it up if you don't know
how to spell it?"

It starts with an R.
I'll give you that much.

Sound it out, Sue!

Anyway, boys and girls...
let's get on with our favorite writing assignment...
THE NEVER-ENDING STORY.

You didn't sleep too much during
the Christmas break, did you?
You still remember the rules?

What, Sue?

You never knew the rules?

What a surprise!

No, Sue, you can't look up the rules
in the dictionary!

Let me give them to you one more time.

No, Sue.

As long as I am giving you the rules,
I will not give you the definition of rampant.

Look it up!

You are very welcome, Sue!

Now, for the rest of you who aren't busy
looking through the dictionary page by page,
LET'S WRITE
THE NEVER-ENDING STORY!

DirDirections/Instructions/How To:

1. I will post a picture and then begin a story
with 3 to 6 sentences...

2. Then I will stop in MID-SENTENCE...

3. The next person picks up (in MID-SENTENCE)
where the last comment left off and will then
add 3 to 6 sentences to continue the story...

4. And then he/she/it will stop in MID-SENTENCE.

5. Don't end the story...
it is a never-ending story!

6. You may post as many comments as you want
to continue the story!

Let's Write!
