West Texas

I have been absent from duty for many weeks now...
and I have stories to tell!

As I settle back into the routine of life,
I want to share this special video with you.

Perhaps this video will help you understand me a little better.
I'm a West Texas girl through and through.
There is no changing that.
No matter where my feet are planted,
my heart and my roots are in West Texas.

West Texas made me who I am today.

I hope the amazing photography of Wyman Meinzer
and the haunting music of Doug Smith
will transport you to the land I love.

I will be writing more about these
two talented artists in days to come.

Join me in West Texas!

This video, both the photography and the music are enthralling! I've never even thought very much about Texas but seeing this gives me an idea that it is an amazingly beautiful place. (Flying in and out of Dallas does not give one much perspective!) Simply gorgeous! And I'm so glad you are back. I've missed you.

Thank you for sharing this amazing piece of work!

I've been sitting at my desk buried in paperwork and other not fun stuff. I loved the video! Took me to a different place, although now I'm back where I started with a desk full of work!!

Take care, Sue

Beautiful photos and music. I lived in East Texas and then Dallas for 12 years. Totally different terrain.
