It Has Been A Pleasure

Today is Day Thirteen of

Thirty Days of Photography II.

Today's photo topic: PLEASURE

After retiring as a campus principal, I became an adjunct faculty member at a large university in Texas. Let's call it Lyndon B. Johnson State University. Of course, there is no university by that name, but it seems that I am in the witness protection program. You see, there are all sorts of ridiculous rules concerning educators and blogs, Facebook and other social networks. So Lyndon B. Johnson State University it is. I supervise student teachers. My job is to help them become successful teachers in the real world classroom. 

These unidentified students are all student teachers from LBJ State University. They represent half of my group that I supervise this semester. Each one of my students this semester is ridiculously talented! 

I textured this black and white photo with the texture of canvas. That is what they are right now...blank canvases. They are all capable of creating masterpieces with their talents and skills.  How they paint their individual canvases will be a marvel for me to watch.

It has indeed been a pleasure to contribute to that process.

(When I asked permission to post this photo to my blog, I warned them that my language was not always appropriate. They then "assumed the position" above. They make me smile.)
