Friday Favorite Family Fotos!

Most of you who have been with me for several
months, know that my husband, Lurch,
had emergency heart bypass surgery in February.
His last phone call before he was wheeled into
surgery was with our precious granddaughter, Madisyn.

When he awoke from his heart bypass surgery,
who was the first person he wanted to talk to?

Madisyn, of course!
These are actual pictures taken of that phone call.
I took the pictures of Lurch
while my daughter-in-law took the picture of
Madisyn receiving the phone call.
She had taken Madisyn and a friend to McDonald's
to cheer Madisyn up because she was worried
 about her much loved Grande.
My daughter-in-law said that Madisyn
made everyone get very quiet so she could
hear every word that Grande said!
You can see the concerned look
on her precious little face!
Grande and Madisyn
have such a special bond!
Their love is amazing!

You are just like a cadbury egg...crusty on the outside, soft on the inside!(and just a little cracked!) That's why I love ya girl.
What was life like before husbands and grandchildren?

She's so lucky to still have her Grande. My g'kids talk about their g'pa everyday & I know how much they miss him. I just hope they're old enough to remember him because he loved them so much. Hope he's doing well. Jan

This could have been a wordless wednesday Malisa. So very very precious. I remember the first time I commented on your blog. It was months and months ago, but it was little Madisyn that caught my eye. She is a little doll and growing up fast. I'm so glad Lurch is attached at the hip. I hope he's doing well.
Sending hugs your way.
Love Claudie
