HOW TO PLAY:
There are 30 Texas restaurant photos with names
which are to be matched with the
30 Texas town names listed below.
Notice that each town will be used only once!
To play, you must send a NUMBERED ANSWER LIST
to the following email address:
moonlighthollowstudio@gmail.com.
Then write a comment saying you have sent your list.
Don't put your answers on your blog comment!
That's it!
The first person to get all the correct
answers is the WINNER!
If no one gets all the answers correct,
the winner will be based on the highest
number of correct answers.
Email and comment times will be used in judging,
so be sure you post an email and then a comment!
There is no winner until
Moonlight Hollow officially
announces a winner...
so don't give up!
If you not a Texan,
you should note these good restaurants
when you visit our state.
If you are a Texan,
you should know the majority of these wonderful places.
If you haven't eaten in at least 20 of these places,
get busy...
put them on your bucket list!

I sent my list. Okay, I'm lying. I didn't send a list because I am too tired to do research and I've never been to Texas.
Did last night wear you out, Linda? You lucky girl!
Let me just say I've done my share of taste testing about a third of these Texas treasures. You did leave out a couple of my faves though...Babe's Chicken House, Bill Smith's Restaurant, El Fenix, Sonny Bryan's BBQ and Campisi's Egyptian. All of these are still family owned and operated after 50+ years! I have to give a honorable mention ('cause we are talking Texan here) to Snow's BBQ and City Market.
I have a test for you. Can you tell me who introduced pizza to Dallas?
Deb
Okay, not one to normally bitch, but this contest is obviously very prejudicial as in "ya'll" know what's going on, and I know nothing. So, with that said, when I finally get to come visit, I want to go to:
Floyds
Sartins
Gailo's
and Woodys! That will be MY prize since not everyone can play today ;0(
Take care, Sue
I will book the reservations,Sue! You, me and Trash Talk can give 'em hell!
Reminder to self: Call the Corona distributor and tell 'em Sue is coming to town!
Malisa
Okay, Deb, I have no idea. My only guess about who introduced pizza to Dallas would be Shakey's. Even close? Will put those other eatin' joints on my list!
